We offer two types of delivery (Express and regular). Express delivery is next day delivery while flat takes 2-4 days for delivery.

Ketamine Store is a reliable pharmaceutical resource, and we are fully in control of the services that we provide.

Hence we DO guarantee the quality of products that we sell, and we DO guarantee the quality of the delivery services we use. Nevertheless, the pharmaceutical business is not without risks, and we try our utmost to protect our customers and their interests using all the possible means at our disposal.

Therefore, should you have used a trackable delivery service and received a package that does not match your order in any way, you can ask for a refund.  We will refund you for all unopened packages. For details of this service, you will have to contact our customer service.

No refund shall be allowed once package has been dispatched. In the event of a refund, money transfer charges shall be borne by the buyer.

Q9. What Is Your Reshippment Policy?

Delivery services for reshipment shall be paid by the customer. There will be no reshipment on lost or delayed packages with the regular mail service for the reason that the customer has the opportunity to avail himself of express shipping with a tracking number. The choice for regular mail is at the buyer’s discretion and risk.

Q10. What is your Shipping & Return Policy?

In putting our customer’s requirements above all else, Ketamine Store only works with official reliable delivery services. We offer two types of delivery for all of our products:

Delivery information

USA  Express/Overnight Delivery Service : 
Delivery time: 4-24 hours at a cost of $50.00

USA  Standard/Regular Service : 
Delivery time: 1-2 working days at a cost of $35.00

International Delivery Service : 
Delivery time: 2- 4 working days at a cost of $55.00

Please note that the delivery time should be calculated in working days and does not include weekends and international and local holidays. If your package does not arrive within a 30 day period, you may send us an inquiry for reshipment (For Express delivery services only).

For wholesale orders shipping is free of charge.

We use mostly USPS, FedEx , DHL or EMS services for the shipment of your order. Wholesale orders can take 48-72 hours or 3-5 days depending on the ccountry. Please note these times are not guaranteed by us.


We ship all orders using discreet plain packaging along with tracking numbers. Our packages doesn’t require any supplied signature upon arrival of the shipment and are track able in detail to the delivery address.

In fact, we make sure that all our products are packaged inside silver foil bags which are heat sealed to protect the contents of your order. These are doubled packaged inside an ultra strong and durable jiffy envelope or box which is then taped at both ends to avoid any unwanted or accidental opening of the parcel in the transit. We do our upmost to ensure that your package is delivered safe and sound without any damage and where necessary we may also add an extra layer of bubble wrap around your products to keep them safe. The outer packaging is plain, simple and discreet with absolutely no branding or reference to where the parcel may have been sent from.  We always make sure that the correct postage  has been paid and this will clearly be displayed on the front of your parcel when it  arrives.
